The most common complaint is that the "ATM isn't working". Happy Frog ATM, Inc. remotely observes all ATM transactions and most often the "ATM isn't working" because the customer's transaction is declined by their bank (which we can see in the system). It can be embarrassing when a withdrawal is declined, and it is easy to blame the ATM. The next most common issue with the ATM is bill jams which our technicians clear with a visit to the terminal.

By providing an estimated monthly sales volume, we can determine the type of terminal and the frequency of required cash loads.

The ATM is complimentary with a signed contract.

Happy Frog ATM, Inc. has insurance on the ATM and the cash inside the terminal. The store is responsible for the security of the store, and insurance for the store (not the ATM).

Depending on your location, once the paperwork is completed, an ATM will be shipped immediately and can be programmed and loaded within 10-14 business days

Most importantly, the ATM terminal is an additional revenue source - rather than the additional cost of a POS/Cashless ATM or Pin Debit System. Additionally, customers that withdraw cash from an ATM inside your store will spend more money and some customers require the privacy that comes with cash payment.

Most ATM operators would love the opportunity to place an ATM in a cannabis business.
